Thought I'd share some results with you guyyyyyyys.

 

So during my relapses I always eat less than 300 calories a day and burn the majority of it off with cardio. The first time I did this I went from 132lbs to 84lbs in four months. That's a total loss of 48lbs. This took my BMI from 23.4 to 14.8It also landed my ass in an inpatient unit for six months but hey.

 

It is harder to get away with restricting and fasting now since my parents are always on my back after being hospitalised BUT since I gained weight in "Recovery" (haha lmao) I have been eating 300-399 calories per day and burning it off (with cardio) and by doing this have recently gone from 130lbs (I'll never let myself get this fat again) to 92.4lbs. Yay!

 

My rules are:

  • NEVER eat more than 399 calories per day
  • Burn as much as you can without being caught, always be on the move
  • Walk 3,000 steps every hour when parents aren't home
  • Fidget fidget fidget, rock your leg back and forth
  • Cut everything into small multiples of 2
  • Chew each bite 30 times or for 30 seconds
  • Weigh-in every morning and document it
  • Religiously keep a food diary and log everything you eat

 

Anyways, I've gone off on a tangent. But there ya go! That's how I lost more or less 50lbs in four months and went from almost overweight to severely underweight.

Please be safe. Losing that amount of weight in such a small amount of time is so dangerous and just because you've succeeded onece doesn't mean you'll succeed this time. You could lose your life this time around. Please be very careful please!

Oooh yes pictures  :D Stay safe though <3 Faded_Blue_Light is right, slow weight loss, even if lost in an unhealthy manner, is safer for your body.

Also, did that extreme loss in a short time cause any loose skin or stretch marks?

What types of exercises did you do?

Can't believe I went back up with a vengeance. I'm at my highest (5lb above it).

 

CW: 175lb

GW 1 (by 12/22): 160lb

GW2 (by NYE): low-mid 150s

GW3 (by 1/7/19): break 140s

GW4 (by 2/14): 145lb or lower

GW5 (by 3/16): mid-130s >>> will gain a lot after that week so lower is ideal (vacation w/bf)

---

UGW: 118-123lb

(fantasy GW: 111lb)

I'll post pictures when I get on my laptop. And nope. I don't have any loose skin at all and no noticeable stretch marks. I do cardio. Lotttttttts of walking and counting steps. No muscle-building exercises as this can cause the scale to go up and I personally dont really like muscles on girls. I prefer the dainty fragile withered look. Haha

I want to see those pics! Was the cardio a video workout?im starting this diet called ABC diet, its sorta how you do yours. I can't wait to get this weight off!

Oh good luck! I've heard a lot about the ABC. No I just have an app called Pacer on my phone which I use to track steps and calories burned

I've attached some pictures. Kinda annoyed because I got locked out of my onedrive account so I've had to use the ones available on my files right now. Hope these are okay for you and sorry if they aren't the greatest comparisons. When I can get into my onedrive I will upload more maybe. I've put weights on the bottom of them all just so you can compare. Also, I'm 160cm if anyone wanted to know my height.

This one is one of my favs. It isn't my lowest weight by far but on the left I was being badly bullied in high school. On the right I like to think I have completely changed. I don't even look like the same person. Be careful who you bully. ;)

Around 14lbs in the first month. But things always happen quickly in the first few weeks haha
