Pads because they're less uncomfortable to put on and off.

I used to only wear pads because I was paranoid about not putting the tampon in properly or leaving it in too long and getting toxic shock. But now I only wear tampons because they are so much more comfortable. Although the first time I used one I was so anxious that I ended up fainting. Of course, now they are no big deal. Pads are bulky and can leak. And I can't wear leggings/tight pants because I'm paranoid someone will see the outline of the pad, lol.

tampons because it feels safer??? that is such an odd way of putting it, but in terms of leaking i feel like tampons prevent that from happening more often than pads. it's probably just in my head. there are times when it's both because fml.

and i know that if you wear tampons you're supposed to wear pads when you go to bed, but 98% of the time i forget to do the switch so i have a (fresh) tampon in overnight.

tampons so nothing is sticky (because I hate that feeling with pads be it the blood or the pad itself)

Feel like tampons are much cleaner, allows more freedom of movement. But get natural, dye/chemical free ones or a spoon menstrual cup..only have to change those once every 9 hours.

I'm trying to "go greener" (no, I'm not some hippie tree hugger, the planet is so polluted. And I always respect others' choices and views)

So I'm going to try one re useable pad to see if it's good or I like it. If not, whatever. At least I am trying.

But I'll still have to use tampons for swimming, dance class, yoga, and other exercise.

Tampons. I can't feel them and when I wear pads I feel like I'm wearing a diaper, which is extremely uncomfortable for me. I wanna try out a menstrual cup though.

But honestly, my birth control makes my period so light that I don't even really need to wear anything. My cramps are still bad, but there is very little bleeding.

I use tampons, but I plan to switch to menstrual cup.

Really, as others said already, I recommend menstrual cups. They're safe, they're eco-friendly and in the long term they're cheap.

I was thinking about that. I already use re useable panty liners because my TMI discharge stains underwear, and I don't want to screw up good pairs.

I have one re useable pad just to try it out. If I don't like it I'll try a cup.

I'm always afraid to wear tampons at night. I feel like that it is leaving it in too long. Probably not, but idk lol.

Tampons because pads feel really uncomfortable or gross. But my favourite is not getting my period at all.

Tampons because If I only wear a pad I always feel like it will eventually overflow or just not sit in the right place and thus not catch all the blood :P.

Okay, weird story but I left a tampon in for a month and didn't die.  So now, I'm really paranoid about using tampons.

I had to get all of sorts of shots when the doctors found out. They were like, "how are you still alive?"
