What did you eat today?

Breakfast: Skipped

Lunch: cup of bake beans( didn't eat all)

Dinner: squash and grill skinless chicken.

it feels like a lot but im stating a green smoothie diet monday-thursday.

Breakfast skipped

Lunch Soup with 1/2 cup of rice and half a turkey breast steak :)

Dinner skipped

No snacks

 

Should be around 300 calories although in my head it's 600.

Lunch: 5 strawberries
Dinner: 1.5 oz or chicken and 1/4 cup broccoli

D: iceberg lettuce with 20 calories of dressing, a total of 40 calories.
Snack: two servings of broccoli, 50 calories
Total 150 calories.

Tortilla chips with spicy hummus, apple jacks cereal, chocolate chip cookies, 2 McChicken sandwiches, 3 chocolate chip granola bars 2 mountain dews.. And it all came right back up beautifully.

490 because I've decided to try having a bit more. Maybe I'll stay at this weight.

-one piece of toast (the bread was whole wheat, with pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, some nuts...damn delicious.)

Lunch- 30g broccolini and 50g baked chicken (42 cal)

 

snack- 1 sugar free red vine (13 cal) 

 

Still have dinner to go.... But just done a 4.5km run and not feeling hungry at all :D
