white monster 10 cals

Lunch:
cantaloupe 26 cals
small salad 15 cals
tea with sugar and cream 55 cals

Dinner:
homemade French onion soup 81 cals

Snacks:
snack pack beef jerky 100 cals
2 rockets candy (smarties for Americans) 50 cals

Total: 336 cals
Being constantly hungry is no life at all.

Breakfast: bread rolls with o% fat quark and a bit of jam
Lunch: fish in lemon sauce with potatoes and carrots Brokkoli and cauliflower
Dinner: a big slice of whole meal bread with margarine and ham, a serving of cucumber salad
Throughout the day: a bit of gummy candy because I suck
925 fucking calories today psych ward and being forced to eat yayy also got caught trying to purge dinner fml I want outttt

I ate quite a bit last night as i was watching some tv shows with my bf, and gotten ice-cream and pizza

 

today i had-

 

breakfast: skipped (we slept in)

 

lunch: skipped (slept in some more)

 

dinner: a slice of pizza with some coffee, thinking of having a bit more ice cream but not sure yet
