I did the alice diet and lost a good amount of weight, just be aware it's very difficult and I was weak and dizzy like 90% of the time.


Were you living normally when doing it? O have work every morning and school three evenings a week, but I'm really determined to lose weight.

Well I'm in high school so I was living pretty normally I guess. It was really hard to focus in school and I was so tired almost all the time I couldn't even stay awake in school. If you're really determined you could do it you just have to find a way to endure the side affects.

Im totally in we have around the same stats too! I want to lose around 20 pounds and be 100 by mid-april

Joining in! I've fasted all day and from yesterday my weight's down 2kg, omg so so happy (lost binge-weight so it dosn't count but anyways)  :D

Yo People, I'm 126 pounds and am a fat f***. I want to be 102 by mid April. That's 24 pounds.

I don't want to do this alone, if anyone would like to start up a chat with me for support or to join me with my struggle that'd be cool.

Sure! Would love too. right now, i am exercising between 500-1000 cals a day and then i eat about 1200 and under. I need to drop the lbs too. i want to get my self to 110 ~~ im about 130 ish now. or nea ryour weight. want to add me? :)
