CW: 130 lbs.
LW: 118 lbs.

GW: 124 lbs.

why are you so worried about this? i doubt you would hear answers about what they eat to maintain! and if they do then it is probably a very low number and it is because of a slow metabolism!

 

but try eating 1300-1500 calories a day like tons have already told you and weigh every other day or every few days. and add or subtract 100-200 accordingly.

 

but how much do you weigh now?

I am 5' 4.5" and weigh 111 (But I'm losing) and I'm 33 yrs old.  I try to net 1000 calories a day.

I'm 5'4 (so close enough) and 110 is the highest I've ever been so I don't really need to maintain it. When I was 105 (before medication that made me gain weight) I would restrict because I was trying to lose weight but if I was maintaing it I just ate between 1000-1500. This probably didn't really help sorry. Oh and I'm 17.

i'm 5'4 and i weigh about 99 lbs. i think that's a close bmi, right? idk. lol i eat around 300-500 calories every day, but right now i'm trying to lose a lot of weight asap, so my lifestyle is a bit different.

 

if i didn't have anorexia, then i'm sure i could eat 1000-1200 calories and maintain.

what me? i have no problems against her at all! i really actually like her a lot so i wasn't trying to be a bitch or anything! sorry if it came across that way!

 

i am just worried about her being so worried about this topic and asking so much how much she should eat... but i mean she ( you are probably reading this so YOU) should probably try to eat 1300-1500 and if you lose then you should add 100-200 and if you gain subtract 100-200 until you start maintaining... really that is the ONLY way you would KNOW FOR SURE>... since no one else has your body and or metabolism... yours might be higher now since you just got out of recovery and eating a lot.

I'm 5"5 and 105, which I've maintained by eating a normal amount of calories per day - 1200 or so. But I've also had a high metabolism most of my life.

Damn I'm so jealous of all of you who are my height and your HW's or 'maintenance weights' are so damn low to begin with. My 'set weight' is like fucking 130, i mean granted, I have a medium to largish body frame, but still.

I am 5'5, 20 years old. I haven't weighed myself recently, I'm somewhere between 110-115 though. I probably eat around 300-500 calories a day, but I usually eat only one meal at night and end up purging so I'm not sure exactly how much I eat. But I do know if I have a'normal' weekend when I go home to my parents and don't purge or count calories I will literally bloat and gain enough water weight to put me back up at my set weight, I wish I was kidding. I have to always stay on top of how much I eat.

1200 is not a normal amount by any means.

i feel like i've been in this for so long that i don't even know what "normal" would be anymore :(

I'm 5"4.75 (that's a fourth of an inch away) and habe been maintaining between 106.5 and 108.5. Don't ask about calories, everyday is new amd hectic -.-

im 5'5 107 lbs and I eat 1200

I'm 16 and I try to stay under 500 a day, with exercise a few times a week!

CW: 114 lbs  112 lbs

GW1: 110 lbs

GW2: 105 lbs
