Im very new to this whole thing... I had my first baby 11 Months ago and have lost 65 lbs and cant seem to lose anymore. :( I workout daily and im down to 1100 calories a day...which, from reading on here, is very high. :(but i seem to be losing control with my eating habits and im not sure why. Iv joined today in hopes of finding new inspirations to lose more before my wedding.
