So now that I've moved home and my rents are forcing me to eat I'm going to need to do some major re-con on my diet and figure out how to keep losing.

Do any of you eat higher cal (800-1000) and still lose steadily?

I got down to my lowest measured weight (96 lbs) on 1200 per day. I think I may have gone lower than that on even more, but I didn't have a scale, and since I was getting all those calories from alcohol, I didn't care as much as when I carefully counted out 1200 calories.

Yes, but far too slowly for my liking, but it is possible!

Wow! Were you exercising?

How many cals do you eat?

Between 1000-1200; do you do much exercise? That will definitely help :)

for a while i was losing on 1000. after school i'd do 30 mins of cardio (about 300 cals) and then another 30 mins a few hours later.

net was about 400.

I was doing 20-30 mins a day of yoga, but I never ever held still and think that's where a lot of my calories went. I was contantly fidgeting if I was studying or in school, or I was doing housework. It's weird how much faster I lose weight when I have to do all the dishes by hand lol... One wouldn't expect chores to burn many calories.
