So, I have to be 125 by tomorrow. I want the scale to say it. So, bc i don't poop often, I'm not sure when to eat today so I don't fuck up my chances of seeing 125 on the scale. Even though I know it would just be food weight, I really want to see the number when I wake up so I feel accomplished on Valentine's Day. Any advice on when you think I should eat today? I was thinking of having oatmeal like for lunch and seeing if that would hold me over.


If we quit every time we felt uncomfortable, we'd never achieve anything.

126.4...and i had a late dinner. Last night before I ate, I was 126.0. (see what i mean about food weight).

Eat something high in fiber and avoid salts so u dont retain any water...dont eat like 3-4 hrs before bed..

Coconut oil, maybe? I hear good things about it, that it helps clean you out. For me, eating nothing but apples for a day makes me 1-2lbs lighter. Good luck, I hope you reach your goal!

Eat something LITERALLY light today. Popcorn etc. Something filling that doesnt weigh much otherwise when you wake up, if you still havent pooped youll be carrying around the weight of the food.

Drink about 2 liters of water, stay away from sodium and you should see your magic number in the morning.

Thanks everyone :) I decided on a 100 cal yogurt with protein and my weight control oatmeal bc of the protein and fiber. And I'll just drink water for the rest of the day. I'm stuffed!
