I drink black coffee, green tea, peppermint tea and water.

I chew gum and take bladderwrack pills.

But I still get hungry.

I don't want to be hungry, I don't want to eat and I don't want my body telling me I NEED to eat.

Am I being unrealistic or is it possible to take enough suppressants that you just don't get hungry?

I have been through that stage as well. I tried so many things but the hunger just 'showed up' in anyway. My best suppressant is water, but I am talking about HUGE amounts of it. I consume about 3 - 4liters a day. As soon as I feel hungry I down an entire 500ml of ice cold water. The cold helps a lot too.

That's my ultimate suppressant at the moment, that and loads of green tea.

So, I guess you can try to increase the amount of water and tea you drink?

Well, I think there's a big difference between appetite and hunger. I find that I can never completely suppress my appetite (which leads to cravings), but I can definitely drench any sort of hunger through large amounts of tea. If I mix in some splenda/stevia/aspartame, it also takes most of my cravings. But it is definitely a matter of volume.

I find that if I take 3 elite pro in a day (spaced out of course). I never get the urge to eat. I don't get hungry. I drink green tea throughout the day and I'm good to go.
