I did this workout and this one at least 4 times a week, with some healthy eating, no strict restricting and running from time to time.

My result  :) and yes I am aware it's 11/01/14 and not 11/12/14 :B

you can't spot reduce, your best bet is doing full body workouts. Personally I do the insanity workouts and they work for me or you can just try some HIIT on a treadmill, bike, whatever equipment you have. I've lost 25lbs since last year and my stomach is taking FOREVER to shrink, it sucks but for some people it's just the last to go.

Best of luck to you :)

Cardio, Cardio, Cardio

It is your best friend

It will make you lose fat all over

Try hot yoga also if you're not big into running

Also SWIMMING, it doesnt take as much of a strain on your body and it works every part of your body

If you have a local swimming pool they usually have lane swims that are only like $2 to go to

Cardio.. if u have a layer of fat over your stomach u are just building muscle under fat which will make your stomach look bigger...stick with cardio to reduce overall body fat until u feel u are thin enough to do toning exercises
