         Bake 5-10 minutes at 250°

         Recipe Makes 6 servings

         39 calories per serving

Ingredients: 1 head of cauliflower,

         Batter: ½ all purpose flower, ½ cup water, frank’s sauce, ¼ teaspoon garlic salt, ¼ teaspoon dried onion

         Buffalo Sauce: ¼ cup Frank’s Buffalo Wing Sauce, Salt

Preheat Oven at 450°, Dip Cauliflower into sauce and batter (save some sauce), bake for 15 minutes, Coat with Sauce at end, Then heat until Crispy.

 

Mashed Cauliflower

 Boil 1 head of cauliflower (146) until soft, Mash with a potato masher add Garlic Powder, Salt, Pepper (& cayenne or tony’s)

Green Bean Fries

Frozen or fresh green beans (?) put on non stick pan, cook at 275° - until it looks like they’re almost too cooked- going to take at least an hour, toss with salt.

so I made a cauliflower & onion soup today. It smells awesome. :wub:  As soon as it's done & I have the calorie content I'll post it for you guys! :)  If you guys want- I can keep adding stuff here when I come up with it?  ;)

Cauliflower & Onion Soup

1.7 oz of boiled cauliflower(12) + 4 cups of vegetable broth (60) + 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (30) + 3 cups of water (0) + 2 tbsp of minced garlic (30) + 3 oz white onion chopped (36) =
Total 169, Makes 11 cups

Serving Size: 1 cup

15.36 (16) calories per cup (serving)



I boiled the cauliflower & then put it and some water in a blender (you can really choose whatever consistency you want to make it more filling/ "creamier"), then I put the blended cauliflower & all the other ingredients into a crockpot. Easy :)

new suggestions: oloves, nuun electrolyte water mix: strawberry lemonade & grape, eating baby kale like chips (without dehydrating or putting them in the oven) and dipping the leaves into lemon juice mixed with pepper, cherry tomatoes with pepper (& sometimes dill) or plain. :)
