After yoyo-ing up and down for almost 6 months now, I decided to join Weight Watchers. I've heard so many success stories that I just had to try it.
As many of you know, the new Weight Watchers system will let you eat fruit without a limit for 0 points, which I think is ridiculous. I will stick to eating no more than 2 - 3 pieces of fruit daily.
I'll post updates here on how I'm doing, what I eat and how much weight I'm losing.
I have 30 day points and 35 extra week points. I want to try to avoid using the week points as much as I can. 1 point = about 40 kcal.
Weight Watchers tells you to only weigh yourself once a week at the meeting, but since I'm pretty much addicted to the scale I'll try to weigh myself no more than 2 or 3 times a week.
English is not my mother tongue, sorry if there are mistakes in my posts!
So, here's my first day:
For breakfast I had a wrap with chicken and tea with a little bit honey. As snacks I had a surimi stick, a glass of buttermilk and apple sauce. For dinner I had low-fat minced meat, lettuce, some mashed sweet potato and 4 pickles. I have 5 day points and 35 week points left and it's 20:00 now. Maybe I'll have an apple or some more surimi sticks before I go to bed tonight. Anyway, today was a pretty good day. I wasn't hungry at all, I feel good and I'm very motivated. I really hope this works!
