Hello everyone! Another month, hope you'll all be back to join in!

 

Let's get rid of 2016 weight in 2017!!! 3rd month in!

To any newbies here, OG means Original Gangster, and these threads are a tradition started by our queen mother Her Holiness CJ.

In 2016 I gained back all the weight I lost in 2015, 27 lbs, and then some. :(  Especially since September.

Today (evening of Feb 28th) I'm 211.2 lbs. I lost 5 lbs in February. It's not a lot, but better than the gain that was happening the previous months!
I joined Weight Watchers Feb 7th when I hit 219 lbs. I've dropped 7 lbs since then. I guess I needed more accountability than My Fitness Pal was giving me...
I also joined the gym but haven't gone much yet. Now my excuse is that hubby is immobilized at home from ACL knee surgery...

 

SW: Feb 28th: 211.2
SW: March 1st after sleeping: 210.6 lbs. (95.72 kg)
GW:   199 --> I wanna get back to One-derland!
UGW: 130 (?)

Height: 5'3.875" / 1m62cm

 

My plan:
Continue WW low cal tracking & eating: lean protein, veg & fruit, lowish carb, low sugar...
Walking exercise. Maybe even joining the gym! Zumba!
Sleep enough, regularly. Get to bed earlier. Control my binge-watcher of Once Upon a Time on Netflix...
Keep my shit together work-wise this semester. (I'm already behind! Help!)
--> Catch up on some grading left from December!!! :blink:

Post here more than I have in the last few irregular months. (Trying again!)

 

All are welcome here, no need to be "Higher BMI." We all lose or gain at our own pace, and support each other.

I currently don't have a scale but for now I'll keep track of daily calories until I get one *hopefully next pay day🤞🏻*

my weight for 1 march is 91.7 kg / 202.1 lbs and I want to lose at least 15 lbs :)

My goal for March is to just not gain any weight!! I'm going on a week long cruise with food food food and booze booze booze. I am going to workout and burn off some cals in the morning and still watch what I eat but I just don't want to gain anything that I have already lost.

I haven't been on the threads throughout February, and I apologize for that. But today I'm back. Since the first of January I've gained 2-3 lbs.
My March Goal is 118 lbs.

Mar. 1: 126 lbs.

I would like to join! :) I want to lose 4-5kg this month.. I think it's possible! So far I've only started restricting 600-800 weekdays and 1000-1200 on weekend with exercise 3-4 times a week. Started doing this February 20. My weight was 80.4 kg and now I am down to 78.4!

I cant believe its a new month already!

 

I dont have a scale so i just check my measurement every so often.

I feel awful i hate my body my UGW is 110-100lbs, im probably like almost 130lbs now, id like to reach my goal by May.

 

this months goal is to lose as much as i can..

Okay so I finally got my stuff together and I'm in for this month. Just starting the ABC diet and slightly afraid but I'm going to try my best to make it through this time. Let's do our best! Here are my starting stats.

March SW: 198.6 ( the most I've ever weighed in my entire life very sad)
March GW: 185lbs
Height: 5'6"
UGW: 114(?)

Okay so I have a long way to go however I realized it takes baby steps so I will try my best to stay motivated and not to be lazy. Going to start going to the gym again regularly this week so wish me luck.

On your phone, yes. On the computer it opened automatically for me, as a shared Google spreadsheet.

For those who don't have a scale, I was thinking you could keep track with a specific body measurement. Like your waist, or wherever...

Well, but then I was able to open it on my phone without logging into Google. Hmm...
