In 2016 I gained back all the weight I lost in 2015, 27 lbs, and then some. Especially since September.
Today (evening of Feb 28th) I'm 211.2 lbs. I lost 5 lbs in February. It's not a lot, but better than the gain that was happening the previous months!
I joined Weight Watchers Feb 7th when I hit 219 lbs. I've dropped 7 lbs since then. I guess I needed more accountability than My Fitness Pal was giving me...
I also joined the gym but haven't gone much yet. Now my excuse is that hubby is immobilized at home from ACL knee surgery...
SW: Feb 28th: 211.2
SW: March 1st after sleeping: 210.6 lbs. (95.72 kg)
GW: 199 --> I wanna get back to One-derland!

Continue WW low cal tracking & eating: lean protein, veg & fruit, lowish carb, low sugar...
Walking exercise. Maybe even joining the gym! Zumba!
Sleep enough, regularly. Get to bed earlier. Control my binge-watcher of Once Upon a Time on Netflix...
Keep my shit together work-wise this semester. (I'm already behind! Help!)
