Thanks!! I heard about it on tv at the Drs office but was very leery of it from the beginning. Ive seen a lot of people hear talking about them so it restored a little bit of my confidence. Im starting to think that anything endorsed by Dr Oz is a load of crap tho, lol.

I bought them like miracle pills and was so frustrated by their lack of benefits. But they had a wonderful smell hahah

I used them yesterday and liked them, actually.  They made me a little nauseated which helped with the appetite suppression I think.  The guy at the GNC store said they work best if you take them with exercise.  Plus I lost 1.4 lbs between yesterday and today.  IDK if I can blame the raspberry ketones or not, but I'm pretty pleased....

They've been only tested on mice, (not that bad of model) but they only saw moderate weightloss when rats were eating about 2% of their diet in raspberry ketones, sooo unless your not eating and taking these (in which case they'd be probably around there) they're not going to work. Not to mention that it was a small study, and the rats didn't loose that much weight (and it was short term at that) something about the equivalent of a pound or so.

Did anyone start to experience terrible headaches once they started taking these?

Or am I just weird...
