So I am fasting, just passed 96 hrs and I feel amazing. I am 300 lbs, 38% body fat, so my body can survive a really long time on my stores of fat.
I have verified that I'm in ketosis and am feeling so amazing that I think I may just continue fasting until I hit my goal weight, or somewhere near it.
I was wondering if anyone knew what supplements one needs to accomplish that, to fast for 2-3+ months.
I know electrolytes are important, so salt, potassium, calcium to prevent osteoporosis, B vitamins like Niacin, Folate, B12, iron, zinc and a whole bunch else.
Right now I am taking 2 pre-natal vitamins/day. I'm a male but I figure that women have higher nutritional needs and by doubling up I'm pretty well covered. But in case I decide to go super long term on this fast, just want to make sure my bases are covered.
