I've been on this for the past 2 days, and I've been gaining inches and lbs. Maybe it depends on your body? I dont think i'll continue

I've lost 3.2 pounds in two days, I think I will continue this if I continue to lose weight :)

Sorry to hear it didn't work for you :( You are right that every body is different.......what did you drink if you don't mind me asking? Might help others pinpoint particular drinks that have detrimetal impact on weightloss.

This is really clever. I'm on the 5678 diet at the moment but I never thought of drinking lots of low-cal drinks and such to prevent me from bingeing! I'm so glad I found this thread, haha.:)

Some days I've had starbucks, but lowered most of the calories by taking off the whipped cream and using soy milk instead. Green tea, hot cocoa, coffee with regular creamer and not measuring, water, diet soda

I've totally been thinking about doing this again! With all the positive feedback I'm gonna try it. Last time I did this I was purging most of my solid food but keeping down loads of ensure shakes and chocolate milk (so booku calories obviously) and I dropped to my LW of 95-97 lbs from 112 within a week. definately starting today, I gave myself a cup of blueberry kefir :) I love liquids they don't make me want to throw up haha.

SW today is 117
Goal is under 100 again.

Thanks for the motivation to do this again!

I didn't count any calories.
I worked at a coffee shop at the time so I had a lot of blended coffee, iced tea, lattes, vitamin water/fuze, the occasional soda/energy drink, every once in a while a smoothie, broth, I once had a milkshake because I was craving it. And of course tons of water :)

I didn't eat anything solid at all though. When I went out to eat I would get brothy soup and just have the broth.
