Hey girls, it's a very popular diet in my country, we call it here Esmeralda's diet, but it's easier to say just BB diet (Bikini body diet) cause I bet most of you want to get a bikini body till summer. ME TOO! So I'm going to experiment on this diet myself. I've heard people lose tons of weight, but as I'm not overweight I'm curious how much would I lose on this diet. So here's the plan:

 

BB (Bikini Body) Diet:

 

1st stage:

 

Day 1 Apples

Day 2 Water fast

Day 3 Oatmeal (plain just boiled in water, it's like an oatmeal mono)

Day 4 Oatmeal

 

Break (2-3 days; just DON'T BINGE; try to consume not more than 1600 kcal a day)

 

2nd stage:

 

Day 5 Apples

Day 6 Apples

Day 7 Water fast

Day 8 Water fast

Day 9 Oatmeal

Day 10 Oatmeal

Day 11 Oatmeal

 

Break (4-7 days, again try to maintain your weight, eat just when your stomach is growling; try to consume not more than 1600 kcal/day)

 

3rd stage (do if neccessary) :

 

Day 12 Apples

Day 13 Apples

Day 14 Apples

Day 15 Water fast

Day 16 Water fast

Day 17 Water fast

Day 18 Oatmeal

Day 19 Oatmeal

Day 20 Oatmeal

Day 21 Oatmeal

Day 22 Oatmeal

Day 23 Oatmeal

 

In these 23 days of dieting you can lose up to 18 kg (40 pounds). You can skip the breaks and do second stage right after previous stage, but breaks make this diet more doable and easier. After diet you have to eat JUST WHEN REALLY FEELING A PHYSICAL HUNGER if you want to prevent yourself from gaining everything back. Who's joining me? I'm starting on Tuesday (I believe it's bad luck to start on Monday )

ohhh this looks interesting. Oatmeal mono sounds good!

 

Yes people always success on this diet. I'm sure I'm not going to lose 18kg but I'll try it and I will post is it really that effective :) Can't wait to start, I have been binging for a week so I just miss the feeling of emptyness in the stomach.

I'm 5'5 and have a large body frame

SW: 200 lbs

CW: I don't know but I'm gonna say 165ish

GW1: 155

GW2: 150

GW3: 145

GW4: 140

UGW(for now): 135

im soo in this but as i dont really know anything about this diet id like to know if anybody had success orknows anyone who did have and aboutexercise routine ofthis diet.....

I was trying this diet first stage and i lost 4 kg.;) and I didn't do exercise.,))

I figure Ill try the first stage in hope of results starting at 158 and do this with restriction like >600 wish me luck guys im starting tomorrow for 4 days and any advice id love to hear ♡

Yrs you can add cinnamon to oatmeal and apples, but can't add anything more. If you eat flavoured oatmeal, you should restrict calories then. So I've finished 1st stage!!! Lost 3,5 kg ( 7 pounds) in 4 days ! ;) I'll do 2nd stage after Easter ;)
