Peanut butter.  Also hummus.

Those two things, I could fucking binge on all. day. long.

I do still occasionally eat peanut butter, for now, (I've had a tub in my cupboard that's lasted forever because I'm honestly a bit too scared to eat it regularly) I just have to be sosososo careful with my measuring of it and my portion control.  It's so easy to accidentally overdo it with PB, for me, and it's always so moreish D:

Any vegan dish at an Indian restaurant. Although, this is how I learned to like purging spicy food.

Any b/p trigger like:
Clif bars
Walnuts
Mock meat
Hummus
Nut and seed butters
Dried fruit, especially dates
Vegan mayonnaise
Flour and sugar (I'll make mugcakes mid-b/p. Every. Damn. Time.)

Nutritional yeast.

I always end up buying it in the hopes that it will curb my cravings for something a little more unhealthy but then I always end up dumping it on airpopped popcorn and purging. Ugh Ugh Ugh.


All I want right now is the act II popcorn with a bunch of shredded daiya all over it.

Also peanut butter.

Also bagels with kite hill cream cheese.
