with this diet, i lost 13 kg in not even 5 weeks!! its apsolutly amazing, and really works!

 

it's a cycle of 3 days, that you repeat over, and over again. As more the better...

 

1st day: 200 calories intake,

              at least 100 calories burned of

 

2nd day: FAST

 

3rd day: 600 calories intake,

              at least 400 calries burned of

HW: 157,8kg / 348 lbs

CW: 149kg / 328 lbs

CW: 144kg / 317 lbs

CW: 140kg / 308 lbs

CW: 156kg / 344 lbs

 

UGW: 49kg / 108lbs

That realy works i have to lose 10
And i start the diet today
i eat about 220 cal i gase all day i drink a lot of water and i was forced to eat at dinner so i think i eat that cal
How did you do to burn cal ?

i did a set of 50 jumping jacks,

50 seconds plank,

20 squats

,30 Lunges,

50 seconds wall sit,

35 crunches,

20 tummy tucks and

50 bicep curls...

i couldn't do more than that... :( but it worked :) oh, and i did that daily :P good luck, and pls share the results! <3

Today i think i eat about 350 i think
and i burn 300 i think tha is good
I think i wiil start this
and do all that exercise
thank you for tell me how to burn cal :-)

no problem....keep in mind that your metabolism alone,without any phisical activity needs about 1200 cal...so if you dont burn of all you ate,dont worry, its oing to bur f your fat as long as you exercise to burn of most of what you ate... <3
