Does anyone understand their sizes? It freaks me out when I'm trying them on because I don't know if its a 10 or an 8 or a 6 or a 4......... Please help! x

I'm normally a 0 or 00 but a 2 from H&M fits me pretty well
500 ml of blood contains about 450 calories

Yeah their sizes are really off. Also the sizes that are like 25/30 or 28/32. That first measurement they say is the waist measurement but it really really isn't :/

I ordered from their online store recently and found the sizing guide quite helpful. I think the jeans sizing matches Gap. 26 is a UK size 8 and 28 is a UK size 10.
