i was 7.5 stone then went t0 9/10 stone got preggers and had my wee princess 10 wks ago and im 13.5 stioone how on earth do i get to 8 stone or 7 and a half by june, i dont get much time to exercise as i have the baby from 7am till 9pm then hubby takes over. im eationg a small bowl of fruit n fibre in the morning from,tomorrow and then only drinking energy drinks coffee and ice water. tomorrow will b my first day as ive tried all week but havent got the has to happen tomorrow. I burst into tears yesterday looking at the mirror i still look 6 mths preggers i feel like the most uglest thing there is :(

i was exactly the same as you, and it took about 6 months for me to get my bum in gear after the birth and lose the weight. i lost it quite quickly, only eating yogurts. ive now piled it all back on again though, and it's harder this time round for some reason! hate being a fatty :(

how long did it take you to lose the weight? ive actually since thursday lost half a stone thro eating very little n a lot of walks up hills wit the prams i was meant ta fast today bar a bowsl of fruit n fibre but ended up having 3 bowls and 2 sausage rolls oh n half a bottle of vodi cause im depressed at looking at the state of my belly' I hate being a fatty too :(

i dont know really, have done it a couple of times (but both times never weighed myself) and it took probably a couple of months. this time though i really wanna be skinny like tomorrow! so weighing everyday and really impatient cos it seems so slow! and im trying harder now than i ever did before so just dont know why its not happening!! hoping to be a skinny by april 1st, cos i know its gonna take a while.

 

and well done for the half stone!! it's something! also, don't feel so guilty cos the vodka should have flushed you out a bit! obviously dont make it a habbit but it does tend to send everything youve eaten flying through you haha!!

 

what do you weigh at the moment? we can motivate each other if you want. im 142lbs (and have been for about 5 days now grrrrrrrrrr), hoping for 140lbs tomorrow! picked up a load of green tea earlier and now on my 5th cup!! haha!!

 

we can do this!!!

im at a 183 now but by june 1st i wanna be at least 100 if poss 80 but i think that might be a stretch.  Had ta go down the tea coffee isle ta get coffee at the local store but the other side of that isle has all the bread n cakes so ended up buying a pack of 4 fruit scones ate them :( but then dint eat all day and every spare minute ive had ive been exercising liked crazy! tomorrow tho nothings gonna pass my lips and im booked in for a boxercise class at 6.30pm!!! dint weigh mysdelf today because i knew id end up upset from the fruit scones - but tomorrow morning ill weigh myself n then again in the evening hopefully there should bed some difference. An fri going round a mates house ta givin other half baby and shall be getting very drunk just gotta make sure i get a taxi home n dont walk otherwise ill end up at the 24hr maccy ds

 

I hope your right and we can do this cause i cant hide from all these mirrors much longer!!!!

Ill have a look into those things you said fitness pal etc.

Its definitely possible! Just gotta stay strong! I've just looked and im 8lbs down today from what i was 2 weeks ago. I've had periods of staying the same weight for up to five days but then i drop one or two lbs. Its quite slow this time, and i don't know why!!

Make sure you have lots of healthy food that you like, so you don't reach for fatty foods, and look into negative calorie food. And drink loads of water!! And green tea!

My fitness pal is amazing cos before i had it i didn't realise just how many calories everything has! Its very quick and easy to use so definitely worth it!! Its online as well as an app.

What's your weight like today?

aye just installed it its great lost half a stone last week and 2lbs yesterday 

where do you get this green tea and what does it taste like?? 

Oh and what are negative calorie foods, have to look that one up too.

Im drinking mostly energy drinks at the moment but seeing how many calories are in them ive decided i may have to stop that addiction!!!

I added you. 7lbs in a week wow well done!! That's what i need to do, need to exercise more!!

And yes only water water and more water! Green tea you can get at the shops it'll be by the normal tea. Its not that nice but I've given myself no choice Haha. 8 cups a day, beauty!

Negative cal food like celery are fab! Do you have kik?

no i dont have kik ill have a look for that one too ill have ta get some green tea today too ive gotta stop my addiction ta energy drinks since my fitness pal has shown me how many calories are in the big bottle i drink 

gonna have ta swap it to gree tea :( 

i dont know how id lost weight today considering my chinese which i didnt add :((

I can't see your diary on mfp, you can make it so friends only can see it. I like looking at what other people eat Haha! Energy drinks are bad!!
Great you can eat lots and still lose weight! Im back to losing a lb a day but really do need to up my calories. What exercise to you do?

i go on youtube and do like 10minute workouts i try and fit 4 in a day a boxersise a hardcore cardio workout and then sa legs bums n tums one oh n i have a yoga weightloss dvd but with looking after the baby i dont get much time oh n i do a lap of our estate with her in the buggy as fast as i can, and if noones about i run up and down the main flat stairs for 5 10 mins oh n dancing wit the baby in my arm a few sit ups squats leg raises and lunges sounds like a lot but it takes 12 hrs to do it all lol

 

Had a complete binge day today roast dinner and everything - tomorrow it starts hardcore

Do you drink normal Energy-drinks or zero?

 

Because normal Energydrinks has so much calories. 100 ml. of it is one small apple...

of cause you can :)  - tell me howd u get down to 137lbs from 178lbs as were both similar sizes, im finding it really hard but i had gestational diabetes and wasnt allowed to eat certain foods so i was about 170 when i got out but then for 3mths i went made eating all the things i couldnt now ii cant look in the mirror and my ed has come back need to lose this weight at least get to 140 by june   :unsure:
