Today i had a horrible lunch binge..
I took pieces of bread and dipped them in broth or kyopolou and by the time i realized myself I had already eaten 2 slices of white bread!!!
Can someone tell me how much calories is in it? The things i dipped them in are pretty high caloric so i overall estimate around 250 or more? I'm not entirely sure! So far for today i ate 490 calories I'm really worried if i gain.. Can you gain if you eat below your BMR or that doesn't count?
