I'm pretty new to this site.. but i used to be on Pretty Thin (back in the days when it was still awesome), and i remember there used to be group diets.. where everyone would sign up (for example add there stats and why they want to do this) and we'd all do a diet together and encourage and support each other through it. i think this is a really good way for us to keep on track.

 

so i was thinking.. (if about 5 people sign- up) we could have a group diet 2468, this is a basic diet.. its hard for some people.. but with support im pretty sure we can all do it!

 

starting day: 20th Febuary

Diet: 2468 (day 1: 200 day 2: 400 day 3: 600 day 4: 800.. then repeat.)

End of Diet: 1st March 2013

glad you started this group thing, i was scared i wouldn´t find any support with the 2468...
but i planned on starting today.... hm.

current weight: my weigh broke tody, must be something between 57-58kg

goal weight (at the end of the diet): 55kg

why you want to do this: I want to get back to the weight I once had. And - on the 1st of march I´m having a concert with my band and I bought this beautiful dress, but i´m still too fat to breath in it.

Guys i forgot to mention.. when the diet begins we should post our intakes everyday. it'll keep us motivated by seeing how well other people did :).

I was thinking that too, I don't think ill see much in my results if its only 8 days, usually takes me 7 days or my body to start losing weight :/ what If we do it for 2 weeks or 20 days? :)

yeah, if anyone wants to do it longer its fine by me :) but im going on a water fast from the 1st of March.. so i wont be continuing :( but ill still be supporting you all :D so yeah.. make it  20 days :) so it'll be ending on the 12th March? is everyone okay with the new ending date? x

 

 

also guys.. a few helpful tips to keep you motivated!

  • make sure you're follow the thread lol
  • right well.. a great great way to keep yourself motivated and in control is to write down EXACTLY what you want to eat the night or day before.. this means you're less likely to over eat and go over the limited calorie intake. also add in the time you're going to have the food and how much water you're going to have

This is my plan for tomorrow


B- 10grapes- 21cal

      5 strawberries- 25 cals

- 11am

L- 100g Cauliflower boiled with salt and pepper. -25 cals

-3am

D- 100g chicken breasts cooked in the oven with salt and pepper. -100 calories

broccoli boiled with salt- 30 calories.

-7pm

2L of water.

 

  • make sure you're drinking enough water.. if you don't drink enough you don't lose a lot of weight (i know this from experience)
  • avoid having carbs at night..if you want something like bread or a bit of pasta i suggest having it before 3 so you'll work it off during the day.

remember: Dedication, Motivation and Self-control is all we need! we all can do this!!

ok... my plan for tomorrow:
Breakfast:  2 x Mandarine (39 x 2 = 78); 11:30
Cardio --> 40 Minutes-Run
Snack: Ricewaffle (31)
Lunch: Soup (80); 17:30
Evening: Nothing. When I´m weak I eat some fresh pepper.
