Brakfast coffe no sugar skim milk 20
Lunch banana 100
Dinner pickeld onions 23
Drinks coffe 4 cups 80 lots of water

Im buisy so i like food that i can just grab n eat

So i weighed myself this morning.. and iv gained... fml :(.. i know when you fast you always gain some of the weight back.. and i was ready for that.. but also iv been binging for the past 2 days soo that added to it too im thinking... i feel shitty But i dont want to think too much about it because over the years iv realised what makes people fail even more is when they panic or freak out about gaining that then leads to another massive emotional binge.. i do not want to do that. So im trying not to freak out.. gotta workout like crazy today. plus i haven't taken laxatives or gone to the loo.. so maybe its that too? Ahhhh!

 

20th March Weigh in: 113lb.. gained 5lb

Aw your right tho just dont think about it and start a fresh today i binged yestarday and just thought well im starting this today :) but im feeling a little hungry now n just got my pickled onions left .. neva mind itl b easier tomoz and its worth it. Hows everyone else doing?

I've been out all day so haven't had chance to weigh myself, but binged yesterday and went out last night so defffo gained! :( but only had 200 cal today and im going to bed in a few hours so i'm not hungry yay :)

Starting weight: 116lb

Current weight: 107lb

Goal weight:105lb

Goal weight 2: 102lb

Goal weight 3: 98lb

UGW: 90lb

L-nothing

D- nothing

=51 calories

 

today has been a very emotional day, from the moment I woke up.. theirs been nothing but drama.. i had a fight with one of my flatmates and she tried to turn everyone against me... and failed.. instead it had the opposite effect. But yeah it meant i felt sick all day and didn't even want food..

hope everyone had a great first day! i have a headache so im off to bed.

my plan for tomorrow
Breakfast: 1/2 Orange (30,5) & 1/2 Sugarfree Energydrink (7,5) 
- 30 mins-run - 
Then the other 1/2 of the Orange and the Drink.
Lunch: 50g Tofu, 1/2 Pepper, 1/2 Onion, all broiled (125) 
Maybe another Orange in the evening (61)
All in all that´s 201cal or with the orange 262.
So I can win back what I screwed today :)

I fucked up too! :( argh, tomorrow should be better, we can do this :) i've bought a really cute diary to use as my food diary too, just for more motivation

 

Tomorrow

 

11am fruit and low cal cappocino: 150 cal

4pm low calorie noodles with veg, with a low cal. jelly after: 50 cal

8pm (optional depending on hunger): 200 cal tuna pasta meal, i'm in work and it's going to be really busy so hopefully i won't have time to eat or feel hungry :) i've got to make the buffet for some party aswell, if i can withstand taking a few cheeky sandwiches and sausage rolls i'll be so proud! :)

oh no, i just read this. i would have loved to join, but had 450cal today, so no 200cal day today for me.

im new here so thankgod this exists thank you- today i had a huge binge: salad, fruit smoothie and coffee was fine but THEN i had 4 pieces of bread, 300 calories in crackers, feta cheese with oil and pita bread. So im officially starting tomorrow :)

Why? so that i can wear the crop shirt and walk around confidently, so that i can fit into a size 4, so that i can take pictures in a bikini without covering my stomach, so that i can stop thinking about my weight and focus on other things in life, so that i dont have to untag myself from every picture because i look distugting and FAT and obese. and also becasue i gained 20 pounds since the summer and now i must lose doube the weight.

Morning ladies!

i forgot to do my plan for today so ill do it now before i get out of bed.

400 calories

B- boiled egg and broccoli: 130 calories -11:30am

L-20grapes-42cal

D-100g oven cooked chicken breast with 100g Cauliflower boiled with salt and pepper-130 calories

 

i'm not even hungry today.. but thats my plan if  i do want to eat something later.

I went over 200 yesterday and I know a few of us did so ive decided to only have 400 tomorrow and Saturday as 800 seems like a lot anyway, I'm desperate to see some results so I need to be strict! :) hope everyone does good today! X

Neva mind start again today doing 200 but not counting coffe i have no sugar n skim milk im just finding it to hard to do with adding it.

Lunch carrots cucumber pickled onions some ham 100
Dinner soup 100

hey ladies! sorry for not posting... but  i totally messed up that shit yesterday and today was better but not still too much. I will fast 3 days and then I will start the 2 4 6 8 diet . kisses and good luck to you all...

 

hope you don't mind if I read your posts... just wondering how you manage the calories... specially on the 800 day...
