Tooo close to the limited calorie intake >.< . but oh well.. i think i did okay today.. the chicken i made was amazinggg and iv missed having eggs so today was a good day overall .
hope you all had great days. iv noticed quite a few of you are having problems keeping to this low calorie intake.. just remember before you binge or over eat.. you only want the food now.. once you eat it thats it.. the feeling is gone.. and you'll feel guilty and shitty.. best thing to do is keep yourself busy and remind yourself why you should not mess up.. sometimes giving up too soon can seem like a perfect plan when its too hard.. but the harder it is.. the more you will lose.. just remember that. dont give up girls.
