Todays intake

 

B-nothing

L-boiled egg with broccoli- 130 calories

D- 240g of chicken breast roasted in the oven- 240 calories

=370/400 calories.

 

Tooo close to the limited calorie intake >.< . but oh well.. i think i did okay today.. the chicken i made was amazinggg and iv missed having eggs so today was a good day overall :).

 

hope you all had great days. iv noticed quite a few of you are having problems keeping to this low calorie intake.. just remember before you binge or over eat.. you only want the food now.. once you eat it thats it.. the feeling is gone.. and you'll feel guilty and shitty.. best thing to do is keep yourself busy and remind yourself why you should not mess up.. sometimes giving up too soon can seem like a perfect plan when its too hard.. but the harder it is.. the more you will lose.. just remember that. dont give up girls.

Today was GREAT. 

todays intake:
B - Nothing
L - 50g Tofu, 1/2 Pepper, 1/2 Onion, all broiled with Water (125)
      Sugarfree Energydrink (15)
D - 300g fresh Pineapple (168) 
all in all: 308 
I took a break from training today but I took some walks instead of taking the tram. 
Maybe when I´m done packing my things I´ll do a little bit work out stuff.

plan for tomorrow

600 calories

B- 1 weetabix chocolate (83 calories) -11am

s- 10 grapes-20 calories

L- 100g carrots and 100g of chicken breast (150 calories)- 3pm

s-10 grapes- 20 calories

D- small piece of steak with a lot of white cabbage (250 calories)- 7-8ish pm

s-10 grapes- 20 calories

=545 calories

my plan: 
broiled egg + peppers. 

watermelon. 
Sugarfree Energy Drink.
Coffee, Coffee, Coffee.
Maybe a soup in the evening, after my 40min run and a little work out. 
Don´t know the cals, don´t know the time.
Another day full of stress.

I'm at 500 cal now but i don't have any more low cal food in, i'm so hungry!

I just downed a bottle of water hopefully that will work :)

So - whatever my plan was, I changed it.

The REAL intake:

B: 
A Fruityoghurt (75)
L: 
L 15:00: 15:00 - 50 g Tofu (79), Broiled Egg (117), 75g Onion (18), 75g Pepper (28), all broiled in water
   + Low Fat fresh cheese: 40g (40) and Magnesium (8) 
D: 1 Slice of honeydewlemon (didn´t weigh it... around 100g so it might be 55cal)
     1 sugarfree redbull 250 ml (7,5)
    1 glass of white wine (105 -.-)

I had approx 500 yesterday..

Lunch: Tesco noodles with a skinny cappo (270 cal)

Dinner: low cal noodles with sweet chilli sauce (30)

Supper: 2 handfuls of rice krispies and a tin of weightwatchers soup (approx. 200)

 

=500

 

Plan for today :)

 

B: 1 piece of toast with garlic and herb philly, with green tea (110)

L: nothing

D: I'm in town then straight to work so i need something filling, low cal and something to buy when i'm out, so i'm gonna get a 6 inch beef subway which will be around 390 calories

 

=500

I know its 800 today but i binged the first two days so i need to be strict now :)

Good luck today everyone, its 800 calories today and it's a saturday so enjoy it!! :)

i know its 2pm already afternoon but i havent made a plan for today (bleh -.-) so i'll make one now.

B- missed it

L-water and green tea - 0 calories

D- 1 orange and yoghurt with frozen blueberries  200 calories?

 

I'm only having low calories because i binged yesterday.. so this should balance it out? iv hidden my scale.. i dont want to even look at it.. i feel sick when i look in the mirror.. iv deffo gained weight. fml.

 

@GoodMorningMidnight and Soapylube : congrats on doing so well on the 600 cal, keep it up lovelies <3

Today was 800s day. I had ~616.  Details later. 
I don´t know how I´m gonna manage tomorrow cause I have to work & band practice & stuff... 
Maybe I´ll make a 250 day out of it, and monday is a 350...
But if I drink enough coffee and green tea it will work :) 
So.. 
Plan: 
B  (as late a possible) - half of an Orange (31) 
L (15:00) - 25g Tofu, 1/2 Pepper, 1/2 Onion, all broiled in water (have to count it, around 100)
S - sugarfree redbull (14,5)
D - Pineapple 150g (not sure right now)
So I´m gonna be 200-250.

Hope that´s ok...

yesterday didn't go down every well.. so its deffo clear i cant restrict with big numbers.. im so glad today is 200!

im going all liquids so lots of soup and juices.. not going to put my plan up because theres no point  i wont be having solid foods.

@GoodMorningMidnight: good luck today hun! you're doing so so well :D.

I´m trying. At least I´m proud I didn´t binge since Wednesday.
I did my 200cal day. 
But with too much coffeine in the end^^

My plan for tomorrow:
B - orange (62) & fruityoghurt (75)
L - Soup (100)
D - Pineapple 300g (168)

So uni has started again uhhh, so I won't be posting often :( I'm still here tho, ill try to use my
Phone to post as much as I can :).
So today is 400 and iv only had half a small orange so about 20 cals. When I get home from the library I'm going to have a small meal ( not sure what exactly ) and it should be less that 350

Well, that´s ok.

I haven't posted in a few days..

saturday i was doing so well, on 700 cal, then all of work went to the 24 hour cafe after work, i think ive had 1700 total that day :(

yesterday was bad too argh!!

 

Forced into going for a meal with my boyfriend, had about 1200 yesterday

 

I havent  went over 2000 so doubt i've gained anything..

today..

 

L: tesco noodles: 195 cal

D: low cal noodles: 20 cal

 

Total: 215 calories

 

not too bad :D think im gonna have the same tomorrow :)

 

Well done on everyones progress so far! even if weve had a few binges, we haven't gave up! :) and i've already lost 6 pounds since last monday, result!!
