Let´s make a plan for tomorrow :)  
B 10:30 - Fruitsalad: 100g Pinapple (56), 100g Orange (47), 100g Pear (55), Cinnamon (6) = (164)
Maybe I reduce that. I see tomorrow. 
      Coffee (a shot of low fat milk. how do i count that?) 
11:30 - Cardio
L  16:30 - 50g Tofu (78) and 100g Onion (24) wit a sauce of 200g Tomatoes (34) and 50g Low fat curd Cheese (35) = (171)

All in all that´s 335. 
Maybe I´ll have a fruityoghurt (75) in the evening. In that case I´ll go to bed with 410. Also ok.

So today i had 2 cups of black coffee a apple ,& orange today was such a fail :\

hey ladies <3. i haven't been posting much but thats mainly because uni started again. i screwed up on the 2468.. well not completely.. but going over the limit or binging >.< it sucks and i think i gained weight :( not sure tho cause iv decided not to weigh myself until the 14th of March after my 2 week water fast.. im starting it on the 1st of march soo tomorrow will be my last day on this diet!

im so so proud of everyone who didnt give up and kept going, determination is the key! :D

Hey sorry I didn't post for so long...
Don't have Internet for the next two weeks :(
I took a break from the diet cause of moving and the concert and I think I gained a little bit but I dont know how much cause I won't weigh mYself til tomorrow. Today I started again with 200 cals and maybe I make another 200 day tomorrow, depends on what the scale says...
We will see.
But on the weekend I was asked if I lost weight and where my dress comes from so I'm happy for now :) but now I have to get back on the road again. See you and good luck to everyone who's still in

i wanna start this!!! this looks like something i could really stick to and i've sucked with doing that all my life :P

 

since i've already had my calorie intake today (MAYBE some baby carrots later, and coffee of course, more and more water) and im at 550 calories - i think im gonna start tomorrow, which should be easy cause i'll be at school all day and will be too busy to eat and i'll caffeinate a lot

 

so i'm in, i hope others join or come back to it too! i'll fill in my info tomorrow when i actually start - itll help remind me

I started yesterday. 200. Today is ok so far but have to go out to dinner & am nervous. I have lost 17.8 lbs. in the past 3 weeks using fasting , and very low calorie dieting but was having very serious bouts of dizziness & very lightheaded. This looks better.

Day 3 (600) but yesterday I had more than my 400 calories !!! Do I go less to balance it today?
Have had 86 so far today planning on 30 for rest of day.
Wt. history
3/23/13 = 150.0
3/30/13 = 142.2
4/6/13 = 136.3
4/13/13= 130.0
My goal is 100 or less. I am 5 foot 2 so can easily go to 95
So far I have used purging, laxatives and very low calories. I do not
recommend the binge/purge route and do not want to continue what I think is not safe for me which is why I came to this site. This diet
sounds like a good one to try. I know just pure starving will cause a severe decrease in metabolism and also cause muscle loss not just fat loss. Using My Fitness Pal for keeping track of calories.
I know I am a fat hog compared to most all of you but I am working hard and making good progress so far.
