I haven't gone bra free but I generally stick to sports bra's. They provide support but are also very comfortable.

No, not really. Some studies suggest wearing a bra overtime may help contribute to sagging but the same thing can occur if you don't wear a bra during exercise. According to the British Journal of Sports Medicine, exercise without any support causes the breasts to bounce, stretching the ligaments which can cause sagging. On top of this, larger breasted women can develop back and neck issues because their body is forced to compensate for the lack of support in the front.

Since I'm an exercise fanatic I think I'll wear my bra. That being said there is no reason why you have to wear bras. Bras or no bra's, there's always a way in which your boobs can sag. Do whatever works and feels right for you!

What about nipples? Mine are um.... Fairly out there even with the slightest breeze. I would if I didn't think they'd always show...
What am I if not a bag of bones? And no one likes big, bulky bags.

My nipples are ALWAYS hard and after I had my daughter they have been reddish. I usually wear slightly sheer top who cares men love it.

Not in public  :D I'm a 28E-F so unfortunately they need some support (and they're genetic...weight loss changes them basically none)! Keeping them up and lifted also just looks better on my body shape...it emphasizes my comparatively smaller waist. Definitely need one for exercising as well, because the bouncing is out of control. The second I get home, though, it's freeballin' time.

Yes, but only at night and with a loose tank top that's not completely see through. They're small but will still draw attention putting someone's eye out lol, so i try to be mindful of that :P

I have D cups so I don't really feel comfortable going braless in public. So basically I only wear a bra if I have to go to work or to the store or something. When I'm home, just running to the gas station, or walking the dog I let them run wild lol. And when I work out I have to wear something or else I'm going to give myself a black eye lol

yeah you have the same bra size as me! i find it impossible to find bras in my size. i have to go to specialty stores, and even then, i'm picky. i like unlined bras.. i think they're sexier. lately, i've started to go bra-free lately, i've never really liked them honestly. especially because i basically have to wear ones with underwire. they leave bruises! after i read this article, i basically changed my mind and decided to try and go without them whenever possible. i think it's sexier anyways.. and i don't find mine jiggle or bounce too much.

this topic just inspired me to try it! i'm kinda worried since my breasts are so large (32DD) and i;ll def wear one to work just because i don't really work in an open-minded environment in that way but i think i'll enjoy this.

I only have A/AA breasts, so I don't really wear bras :P 'Cause they're so small, it puts men off ogling me because it makes me look way younger than I am, too. Win win situation...

I don't go totally braless, but I wear those things that are like a sports bra, but not a sports bra, if you get me? Way thinner and less chunky. Sometimes I'd just add an extra layer instead.

I'm an A cup, so I can get away with it, but it's so cold in Ireland that I'm terrified of rogue nipple appearances.

You should care if people think you're weird for not wearing a bra. It's your body. Wear what the hell you want. But personally I prefer wearing a bra when I'm out. I don't want no nip slips :P
