In terms of 'natural' things that act as appetite suppressants

  • cinnamon
  • green tea
  • coffee
  • lemon juice (just squirt some in water)
  • mustard
  • apples
  • cayenne pepper
  • wasabi
  • ginger
  • cod fish oil (even says on the label that weight loss can happen due to a decrease in appetite)
  • apple cidar vinegar

Then there are diet pills, medications and other random things- some may require a prescription or just be difficult to get though

  • Phen375
  • Proactol Plus
  • Unique Hoodia
  • Alli (OTC of Orlistat/Xenical)
  • Afrin (nasal decongestant)
  • Adderall
  • Ritalin
  • Bupropion (clinical name for the anti depressant known as Wellbutrin- not given to those who purge because it  causes seizures)
  • Cytomel
  • Clubbuterol
  • Modafinil (used for the treatment of sleep disorders)
  • Topamax/topamirate (anti-convulsant that is sometimes prescribed for sleep disorders/insomnia, PTSD and binge eating)
  • Meridia
  • Byetta (for diabetes)

I'll post more if I find any others- I've been looking at a lot of the common anti depressants and seen both weight loss and weight gain as side effects so not real sure about those.

I couldn't tell you because I haven't tried it, but if you read the reviews for it, it seems to work well. That being said, I don't know if it's just a scam so I would research it a bit before buying it. Just a note- it says to avoid buying it on amazon.

afrin? really? that's a weird one but i'll try it if it works!

and i can say from experience that wellbutrin certainly does cause weight loss!

when i was 14, and in the mental institution, i was prescribed it and had no desire to eat for days and days

last time i went to the doctor i asked for a prescription but i never followed through with it although i should have
