hello all,


i've been eating a 200cal a day diet which should lose me 4 pounds (~2kg) a week but I wanted to boost that by taking Alli. Does anyone know if it works? Or have any experience with it?

It makes you excrete around 30% of the fat out of what you eat. In the form of loose oily stools. But if you're not eating much fat it won't do anything.
