The goal is to include variety of different whole foods to fuel the body to take on the day with vibrant energy!

I personally include the following in my breakfast:

• Complex carbs: Whole grains

• Lean protein: Eggs

• Healthy fats: Avocado

• Fruit: Berries (Strawberry, Blackberry, Blueberry)

These all are a great way to start the day on nutrient dense whole foods.

Below are more options of breakfast meals. They are packed with whole natural foods and full of nutrients.

Option 1: Oatmeal made with whole grain rolled oats or Quinoa or Kasha (buckwheat) porridge with berries, raw almonds, and pumpkin or chia seeds! I
alternate between water, whole milk or almond milk to make my oatmeal.

Option 2: Ezekiel Breakfast  with Avocado and egg or Ezekiel bread toast with almond butter and berries.

Option 3: Protein Smoothie: Made with Almond milk, Vega protein powder, berries, spinach and raw almonds.

Simple rule to remember

Try to limit the intake of processed and simple carbs. Increase the intake of nutrient dense foods such as 100% whole grains, lots of vegetables...

Hope this helps! Happy healthy breakfast!!!

I guess it isn't exactly healthy because it probably doesn't have enough nutrients but I usually have three cups of tea and a calcium pill first thing in the morning and then wait till 11:00 or 12:00 for 'official breakfast' where I have a rice cake or two and some veggies or fruit on top. It's my go-to!

My healthy option has been coffee without alcohol...

But OP's plan sounds good and healthy. Wish I could eat like that..

I had an avocado for breakfast this morning. A banana or apple are also my go-to healthy choices.

I'm not too hungry in the morning and I have a low-cal (≈250) breakfast.

Variety is the key. Eat a different breakfast thorough the week. A typical breakfast for me would be: a slice of WG bread with some olive oil, some cheese and a glass of milk. But I may change it the next day and eat an apple, a plain yoghurt and an egg!

My key is to include always proteins and healthy fats (every fat that isn't trans/hydrogenated), and some good carbs (fruit or WG cereals) ☺

Oatmeal, berries and eggs.

Or I've been eating these banana pancakes made with 2 bananas, 1 c oats and 1 c soy milk mixed in blender.. I add blueberries to the pancake when the uncooked side is up on the griddle and add more berries when ready to eat with maybe some jam. Eggs go good with this too..

I used to eat an avocado as soon as i woke up for breakfast but my body got sick off that after a month or so haha

Smoothie: Frozen peaches, frozen cherries, banana, spinach, orange juice and soy milk.. again add an egg or 2 if you'd like (on the side)..

Plus uh don't judge me.. I'm ortho and/or otherwise recovered. I know how to eat healthy now but cals really aren't my main concern..

venti iced coffee unsweetened with nonfat milk, one cup of grapes, & a daily multivitamin.

not the healthiest of choices but it's fast and totals to around a hundred forty five cals so i'm not mad.

Usually low fat Maple and Brown Sugar Oatmeal and I'll chop up 1/3 of an apple to throw in and sprinkle on some cinnamon. It's delicious, fairly healthy, and only about 150 calories~!

Smoothie (raspberry or tropical) with some kefir in it
Vanilla yoghurt w/ different fruits (mango, kiwi, strawberries)

It's usually one of those three.

Not sure if this would be considered a healthy breakfast, but when i wake up i drink either tea or black coffee and take my vitamins, then sometimes around 10-11 i eat something somewhat decent which is usually a cup of fat free 100 cal yogurt and a boiled egg, but most of the times its just vitamins and coffee/tea
