I usually have a cup of coffee and an apple, but I don't really think that's breakfast food.

Non sugar Soja Milk with 1 scoop lowfat lowcarbs protein powder (120kcal) then I go to the gym at 5:30 am

 

And after my workout 2 kiwi (62kcal)

1/2 cup of oats

1/2 cup strawberries

1/2 tsp almond butter

1/2 tbsp chia seeds

 

I have this almost every day, which keeps me full almost until lunch.  I eat really early (6 am) so I usually have 1/2 a quest bar between breakfast and lunch.

Avocado toast with eggs and salmon is my go-to breakfast when I'm off work and have enough time in the mornings. Otherwise I'll have overnight oats, scrambled eggs with vegetables and toast, or a green smoothie if I'm in a rush.

I'd either have some kinda fruit or my overnight mixed fruit oats. So oooooooh yum. It's just 30g oatmeal, 50g yogurt, and sf jam.

Oat bran-buckwheat porridge with xylitol and cinnamon, maybe a splash of soymilk. Or hard boiled eggs.

I love your breakfast plan. Ate something very very similar today. Last night ate Ezekiel raisin as a snack. Voilร  lowest caloric intake in a week or so while keeping my nutrients up. Ezekiel is good stuff.

Chicken teriyaki or hamburger or peanut butter. Eating protein first thing in the morning keeps me going all day.

I'm trying to use some variety in my meals, so every day I have something different. Still, it's mostly a cup of fruit flavoured yogurt. I always drink coffee with milk and sugar since it keeps me from eating at later hours.

Boiled or scrambled eggs, toast with grape jelly, or a piece of fruit. If I'm craving something salty, maybe I'll have 2 slices of low sodium bacon
