I always start my day with a glass of water, no ice, that I chug right before I drink either a cup of plain green tea or a coffee with a quarter cup of almond milk and 2 packets of stevia. I eat actual breakfast after I finish my coffee or tea, and breakfast is usually an egg white omelette with either spinach, kale, or arugula, cherry tomatoes, garlic, roasted red peppers, and sometimes pesto and/or avocado if I have it. I usually top it with hot sauce too. If I’m still hungry I’ll have some fruit, usually something seasonal. And then 99% of the time I’ll have another cup of coffee or tea after I finish eating.

Another breakfast I’ll sometimes have is oatmeal with chia seeds, maca powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and either pb2 or pumpkin purée. If I have cocoa order sometimes I’ll add that and I’ll add in other spices occasionally as well. It really depends on my mood.

I just have black coffee and alternate my fruits each morning :D
(Plumb, or Apple, or Peach, or Nectarine, etc)

A 2 banana 1pear 1 apple and a handful of blueberries with 250ml of light milk -blend togeather its my on the go smoothie and fills me up without binge eating during the day.
