It wasn't too hard at all :)

I'm not sure how much I lost though because the last time I weighed myself was last Saturday but I binged on Wednesday so my weight probably fluctuated a lot throughout the week. 

 

Admirable :-)  It would be hard for me....but, of course, I've never tried it so maybe I'd be strong enough to resist. Probably not, though ;-)

7000. No binging though, I eat like this every day :-D I am currently in recovery and trying to fuel my muscles!

I stayed at my boyfriend's house last night and had this greasy steak for breakfast. I wanted to have my normal porridge but got stuck with this gross steak, almonds and THEN ate my oatmeal because I knew I needed the carbs so I could last all day.

SOO annoying. All for his damn ego.

I told him about my eating plan and he said he understands.

Good.

None :) tbf it's only 2pm and I didnt wake up till 11 due to binging and purging late last night :/ but just sat in bed revising, worried though cos I have to get up and have a cigarette soon and think thats gonna make my cravings set in - lucky I dont actually have any food in the flat :P
