I hate to object but the food one eats does matter a lot! If you eat 500 calories of fruit, you'll probably lose.If you eat 500 calories of fast food, you'll probably gain or maintain. Even if you do lose fast food is vile and will still make someone fat.

It's morning right now but 60. Thankfully i have squash so I'll be negative today.

No defensive "but at least it was healthy *specifies said healthy stuff with too much calories*"-BS.

No "but I burned x calories by exercise, so my net intake is"-certificate of non-objection.

No "but I'm in recovery"-excuse.

 

Just the one thing that counts:

The number.
