For a few days now ive been doing alot of cardio, and based on my weight (108lbs) the machine tells me how much i burn so maybe its inaccurate ?? I'll eat around 120 kcal for breakfast and burn 700+ cals leaving me with a negative calorie deficit. And for the rest of the night id eat 200-300kcal and end eating at 8pm . The problem is ive stayed at 108lbs ?? I think it could be dehydration since im very sucky about drinking water, does anyone have any other similar experiences or information regarding this ?

too much exercise makes you retain water

could also be muscle weight

Even without exercise you should still be losing with that intake. I second what eIjeeae said

Give it a few days. It could be shifts in water balance. It's 100% physically impossible to not lose weight on 320-420 calories a day, even if your metabolism were really slow and you weren't exercising at all.

It'll be water weight, you won't be gaining muscle on such a low intake.

Too little water or muscle gain probably.And machines tend to show more than you actually burn. I usually half it.
