52 and menopause is killing my weight !! so huge. anyone have any input on HRT? i recently cut way back on the estrogen /progestrone hoping this will help.
but I get really mean , and hot flashes if i stop fully






Hey Ana_Nicole, I'm suffering in "hot flash hell" as well. I think daily drinking makes people hotter then usual. This doesn't solve your issue but I just remember how hot I used to be when I was a daily drinker. And I wasn't even in menopause then. Good luck to you!

I’m 55.

 

I have always struggled with weight.  My body is naturally an Endomorph and I have always had to go to extremes to look just normal.
