You certainly won't build muscle with that routine
Being female the odds are stacked against you to begin with, long drawn out cardio sessions like you're doing are actually the complete opposite of what you want to do to build muscle
Girls who have decent muscle mass are usually on steroids too so social media provides an extremely warped view of what is realistically achievable
Hey, I'm sorry but I get a bit cross when you generalise like that. I know you said "usually", and I suppose it depends on what you mean by "decent muscle mass", but still... Is the picture visible? I hope so. No steroids. But maybe not "decent" enough. That said, I agree that OP will struggle to gain muscle with that routine... But a lot of the time, if your goal is aesthetic rather than functional, the deficit will get your body fat down, making the muscles more visible. And the routine sounds like fun, so pleasepleaseplease, if you enjoy these things, don't think that you HAVE to change your routine completely around.
