Sweets, Pizza or Chinese Food.

 

Weirdly, for a couple of weeks it was oatmeal with banana, chocolate chips and PBfit.

PEANUT BUTTER, it needs to stay far away from me or i WILL binge. especially PB2, because its lower cal i try to justify having more of it, then i cant fucken stop ;( at least with jarred  PB i feel sick after a few spoonful, but pb2 i could eat endlessly?

also vegan nacho cheese chips and vegan ice cream, specifically the birthday cake halo top 

obsessed with sugar too

Bread/buns (literally will eat it plain), cereal, pastries, chocolates, wafers/biscuits, ice cream. These would be my go-tos, but honestly, I could eat anything during a binge.

any kind of baked goods, chocolate (especially white chocolate lol judge me), candy, CHEESE, any spreads like peanut butter or cookie butter, snack cakes and honeybuns and things like that, ice cream, toast w various toppings, cheap fast food lol

I enjoy the salad pizza slice from my local pizzeria. I suppose it’s not TOO bad of a binge food compared to what I could be binging on, but the refined carbs in the crust aren’t great for me at all. Even worse, sometimes the slices are on the bigger side and can add up to ~300 calories, but I just can’t help myself whenever I get them and I end up eating the entire thing, ack lol. Also can’t contain myself around roasted sweet potato

I absolutely cannot control myself around marshmallows, blueberry muffins, sugar cookies, or Chinese food. mainly sugary stuff
