It could be due to a joint or muscle problem- I'd recommend talking to your doctor about this. I had this problem and it was because I have flat feet so they gave me insoles to wear, it's cured the problem :)

Eat more protiens i think...and more vitamins to keep your body well :)

Also you should see a doctor..

Knee supports are a good idea, too.

Please take a break every once in a while, stay strong and well xx

I have the same problem (not SO bad that I can't walk, but I cannot knee down or sit on my knees...) and I went to my doctor...

He just said, that I should avoid to strain my knees too much and he gave some knee-protectors (they look something like this --> http://www.indoortre...choner410_1.jpg) and they really help me out A LOT (: !

make sure to look after yourself before you do anything that destroys you <3

Try some glucosamine and Msm supplement. They help with the joints. Are you properly warming and stretching out your joints before a hard workout? Probably not right now when your knees hurt but when they are better. You might need a rest to have your joints recover.

Pain is typical after a hard work-out so I wouldn't worry about it for now (: However it this persists definitely get it checked out. Don't forget you need rest otherwise the pain might get worse!

It really would be great if you could give yourself a bit of a rest. You could be doing permanent damage to your joints that could keep you from doing much physical activity at all in the future. It happens from overexercising a lot. I've met a couple of people who had sever exercising problems in the past who had to have multiple surgeries to repair their joints and still can't do much exercise anymore. Lower impact exercises are better for your knees and ankles of course, but it sounds like your body is begging you to knock it off for a while. Your body is not the enemy. If you feel like you CAN'T even skip a few days of workout, it sounds like you should maybe talk to someone about your addiction, to be frank.

Whenever I get pain I use arnica gel, it's really good. It doesn't cure it but it helps with any kind of joint and muscle pain. You can even use it for arthiritis.
When I first started exercising I was so heavy that I tore the cartilage in my knees and arnica gel really helped :)
Hope you feel better soon!

Oh and the best exercise for any lower body injury is punches! Really good cardio but you only move your top half!
