Hi!

 

I figured we could list all of our tips and tricks we've learned to do to not eat, or at least not to eat as much! One of my things is to drink a lot of water, and smack low calorie gum to fight hunger. Or I eat in front of a mirror in just my underwear, not so hungry after that. 

 

What's some of your tips and tricks?

i drink flavoured water. like with mio or something in it and tell myself it's a meal. i look around my kitchen and i " eat with my eyes but not with my mouth."

I like to give myself a really strong enema while cooking food, so when it's ready I've already contaminated my hands and can't eat.

 

Sometimes I just put my head in the oven with the food.

Chewing gum. Constantly. Literally all day, I have gum in my mouth. Also diet soda. And looking at food porn on Pinterest. And gulping water. Every little bit helps.

For many this makes them want to eat even more, but internet searching the food I want helps satisfy me

Cutting you meal up into small pieces if it's a hot meal so that when it goes cold you don't want to eat it any more

Watching diet shows or the Food channel while chewing gum and drinking a cold low cal beverage. I love love love to watch people eat gross stuff I would never touch. 

 

I love it.

 

When I'm REALLY hungry I just watching marathons of like "Secret Eaters," or something.

Drink tea, water, anything low cal. I will also make myself do something else like paint my nails or clean my room. Painting nails is something I find the best, because I spend a lot of time thinking up a design, then doing the design (waiting in between colours), then waiting for it to all dry. Because I can't eat food with wet nails, it'll ruin them!

clean the whole house will it's perfect it usually takes a few hours and then i just am not hungry and i am just tired

When I'm at my worst, I get naked and draw lines and circles around my problematic areas until I convince myself to not eat for a few days, whenever I get dressed/undressed, I'm reminded of the promise I made to myself. (Beware of showers though, and don't use a sharpie haha.) 

I also try to drink/chug a liter of water before I consider eating anything.

Red Bull Zero, tastes somewhat like Gummy Bears. :)

I usually grab my fat. If that doesn't work I'll stand in front of my full-body mirror naked. That tends to seal the deal.
