This is totally what I do! Nail Polish is my hero. It even helps when people try to get you to eat "uh well I just painted my nails. Don't wanna fuck them up :)"

Go as long into the day without eating as you can. It saves your allowed calories for when you really need them, and going to sleep hungry sucks!
Also, if you tend to binge at night, go to sleep earlier, even take sleeping pills to knock out and sleep the time away.

Also, if you really want to binge, drink a glass of water then purge your stomach acid, the nasty taste will kill your cravings but don't forget to rinse your mouth with baking soda solution afterwards and don't brush your teeth for at least an hour after you did this.

Watching diet shows or the Food channel while chewing gum and drinking a cold low cal beverage. I love love love to watch people eat gross stuff I would never touch.

I love it.


When I'm REALLY hungry I just watching marathons of like "Secret Eaters," or something.


Yes!!!! Or supersize vs super skinny- you won't be hungry during that :)

I also look at horrible pictures of myself. And I write down what I hate about myself. Again, not hungry anymore. That, and I just workout constantly to keep my mind of hunger. And water helps out a lot! What would i do without water?

I drink water to the point where I feel like I'm going to puke. Go for long walks. Go shopping, shopping usually makes me feel terrible about myself so I won't feel like eating when I get back either. Brush your teeth. Take the time to exercise or do your hair and makeup or clean your face or something.

arsenal by kidney thieves is a good inspiring one.

oo I hadn't heard that one yet. I really like Ana's Song by Silverchair! It's a bit depressing for me but really like it a lot. also maybe try "skinny" by Filter. Also really good!

I chew and spit. The problem is that when I don't eat I miss the taste of food and c/s provides a way for me to taste it and get rid of it without vomiting. Afterwards, I drink loads of hot tea so I'll feel full and I've tricked my brain into thinking I've eaten.

I usually do not condone, but what really helps me is thinking about bugs and watching documentaries about obese people (sorry not fat shaming). It just makes me lose my appetite and doesn't make me want to eat. Also if I get really depressed I don't eat, but I know that's not for everyone.
