low cal drinks, gum, lots of water, nicotine, watching videos of huge people eating

I always watch those what I eat in a day as a fat person vids. Sounds terrible I know.

Tea with lots of artificial sweeteners, a fuck ton of water (don't forget about the electrolytes though!), Coke zero, sf gum, vodka actually, give me two drinks and I don't want food for hours but also calories , vitamins on an empty stomach make me too nauseous to eat anything
Just looking at myself naked makes me want to fast for days lmao pro tip

Develop a serious & deep-rooted fear of choking to death on solid food so you just live on broth/protein shakes/liquids (0/10 do not recommend)

I do these for when I'm craving something and know that I'm not actually hungry (ex. late in the night, bc of stress, just ate a meal but want to nibble):

  • I fast as long as possible in the morning because I found that if I eat something, it brings my appetite up for the rest of the day
  • Lots of coffee, tea and water
  • Keeping busy
  • Going outside
  • Looking at my old pictures lol
  • Looking at thinspo (which for me are kpop idols and korean/japanese instagram)
  • Only buy healthy, non-binge triggering food at home. I have some snacks, but I keep them in the tallest cabinet in my kitchen so I have to get a 2 step ladder out just to get them, so most of the time I'm too lazy and just end up sipping water or eating veggies and the other safe foods I keep at ground level, unless I don't feel like eating them which probably means I wasn't that hungry to begin with and just wanted a salty, sweet, junky snack lol
  • Take a nap
  • Get on the scale
  • Bodychecks

But like, if I'm actually very hungry, I would rather eat a controlled portion of something (healthy, preferably high volume, nutrient dense) than to starve myself and inevitably binge later.

i usually put liquid soap on food so then I know that I wont eat it even if I want to

current weight - 13.2 stone/184lbs

goal weight one - 13 stone

goal weight two - 12 stone

goal weight three - 11 stone

goal weight four - 10 stone

goal weight five - 9 stone (by june 2022)



goal weight six - 8 stone

goal weight seven - 7 stone

ultimate goal weight - 6 stone


In the UK we measure weight in stone so that's why my weight is in stone (14lbs = 1 stone)

Honestly coffee/diet drinks etc are just temporary solutions, mindset is the most important thing in the long run. I find having actual goals outside the eating scope and use the time to focus on doing those things will distract you from having time to eat, even something as small as just studying for your driving written test will do
