Hi guys,

so I started the Abc diet yesterday, I decided to add 100 calories each day because I need to be successful on this one and I don't wanna risk to give up because is too strict! If anybody wants to join me, you are welcome! I would love to have somebody doing this with me!

 

I need rules, so here are mine:

 

  • at least 200 jumping jacks EVERYDAY
  • at least 50 sit ups EVERYDAY
  • Proper workout at least 2 TIMES IN A WEEK
  • 2 liters of water EVERYDAY
  • at least 1 cup of green tea EVERYDAY
  • NO CHOCOLATE (maybe..)
  • 40 minutes walk every sunday and saturday

 

I'm a tattoo apprentice and a babysitter, I work 7 hours everyday (no weekends) with no break running after a little human in all directions, so my life style is quite active. That's why I decided to add 100 calories and why my workout is an easy going one, fell free to modify my plan to suit you better :)

 

so this is my plan:

right intake more than 10 over, less than 100 more than 100 over binge

I hope to be able to do it well and lose as much as possible!

I'll post every morning what I eat and what I did the day before, once a week my weight and my measurements (stomach, thigh and arm) .

I forgot to write my starter measurements, so:

DAY ONE

Menù:

Breakfast:

  • coffee with milk and no sugar 18 kcal
  • plum 26 kcal

snack:

  • soya fruit yogurt 99 kcal

Lunch:

  • 1 hamburger (no brad, only the meat) 256 kcal
  • 2 small tomatoes 11 kcal
  • a piece of integral WASA bread 30 kcal

Snack:

  • half apple 47 kcal

Dinner:

  • small bowl of carrots and potato soup 30 kcal
  • 2 slices of low fat turkey bresaola 39 kcal

 

Exercise:

  • 200 jumping jacks
  • 50 sit ups

calories eaten 556/600

calories burned 112

 

Yesterday went great! I had no problems at all, I'm actually loving it!

Can't wait for the results to come up

I would say i'm in. But i am doing the dubble up, and i alredy ate like 6000 cal to much in 3 days :(

Don't worry sweety I know how you feel, I did worst in the past! I'm not sure I'll be able to do it right.. I hope I will and I hope you will too!

I'm not yet a tattoo artist, I'm an apprentice so I'm learning tattooing myself and some close friends! :)

I do shake, also when I eat! Probably because I normally drink 6/7 cups of espresso coffee (I'm tryng to drink less).. But it's not really a problem when I'm tattoing as many think, luckily! :P

DAY TWO

Menù:

Breakfast:

  • black coffee no sugar 1 kcal
  • soya fruit yogurt 99 kcal

snack:

  • half glass of juice 54 kcal

Lunch:

  • 1 hamburger (no brad, only the meat) 256 kcal
  • 3 small tomatoes 15 kcal

Snack:

  • 1 apple 95 kcal
  • peach yogurt 60 kcal

Dinner:

  • small bowl of carrots and potato soup 30 kcal

I was forced out yesterday night, I feel like shit :( I had a vodka lemon! Why???? I didn't even want it :( it should be around 117 kcal, I also eat couple popcorns so I'll add 50 kcal. After that, I walked home instead of taking the bus, but it's not enaugh.. I feel terrible this morning. I was so happy for how the day went, I fucked it up.

 

Today I'll be out for lunch, I'll try not to eat at all.

 

Exercise:

  • 200 jumping jacks
  • 75 sit ups
  • 1,30 hour walk

calories eaten 777/600

calories burned about 450

DAY THREE

Menù:

Breakfast:

  • black coffee no sugar 1 kcal
  • 3 slices of an apple 26 kcal

Lunch:

  • little plate of tomato sauce pasta 295 kcal
  • cucumber 11 kcal

Dinner:

  • small bowl of veggy soup 47 kcal

 

 

 

Exercise:

  • 220 jumping jacks
  • 70 sit ups
  • 45 minutes walk

calories eaten 381/400

calories burned about 350

 

 

Yesterday was a really good day, I've been out all day, first time since my depression got bad!

I felt amazing saying NO to big temptations as icecream and chocolate bars, it's easier at home tho but I did well, I thought about it all day but whatever!

 

Today is my second anniversary of relationship, I'll try to enjoy the day without thinking too much about food! I'll stay home anyway because my boyfriend works all afternoon, I'm planning to do a nice workout because I'm scared he wants to take me out for dinner or after it for a dessert :wacko: (please, don't!)

Morning went well, I think my period is coming (with 20 bloody days delay) because I would loooove so bad something sweet! I'll drink tea and smoke instead.

 

Oh, I never mention that I smoke. A lot. Everyday.

I never mention that a piece of my lung died 7 months ago neither, and I still smoke.

DAY FOUR

Menù:

Breakfast:

  • black coffee no sugar 1 kcal
  • 2 slices of an apple 23 kcal

Snack:

  • 4 potato crisps 56 kcal

Lunch:

  • very little plate of "spatzle" (spinach based pasta) 155 kcal
  • 1 carrot 21 kcal

Snack:

  • low carb/sugar cereal bar 87 kcal

Dinner:

  • 4 oven cooked chicken wings with no skin and no oil 129 kcal
  • oven cooked potatoes 52 kcal

 

 

Exercise:

  • 45 mins intense workout (including 200 jj and 50 sit ups)

        

calories eaten 524/500

calories burned about 250

 

Yesterday I struggled a little, my boyfriend brought potatoes chrisps and I wanted them so bad! I'm happy I could stop after just a couple of them tho!

 

TODAY is the real challenge.

200 calories, I seriuosly hope to get through this.

I feel so bad tonight.

I was forced out for a drink and I only had 100 calories left so I didn't wanna waist them on stupid things! But I did, I had some crisps because a friend asked me to have some.. I'm so weak. I want to purge so bad so I'm writing this down, to do something else because I WILL NOT. I can't. Not after all this time without doing it. It was so hard to stop, I won't start again. I can't.

 

I could have said "No, thanks!". I didn't even want them!

I was so proud to be out, I never go out anymore so it was a goal to stay there with my zero coke, next to people with beer glasses. I said no to alcohol even if I wanted some, why I said yes to some fucking crisps??? They weren't even the good ones!

 

Now, I reached my 200 calories wIthout any dinner, only because of my weakness.

 

I hate myself, because I know I have the strength somewhere under this body. I just need to bring it out.

 

I'll workout now. I want this day out of my body.

You're doing great. Work out & feel better!

I'm literally here today because I started the standard version on Monday and had a similarly awful day today.
Didn't go outside, I'm not as good as you haha! but my boyfriend brought home scones and then went out for the evening. = disaster.

I might join you on your modified if you wouldn't mind that I'm a day behind?

calories eaten 197/200

calories burned about 300

 

 

Not happy with the day, I'm hungry this morning because I skipped dinner yesterday, so I'm scared I'll binge. I hope not!

 

This is how I work! That's why I want to be good, if I eat healthy food insted of trash, I can eat more and feel more satisfied to avoid bingeing.

Walking 2-3 hours a day is A LOT! Well done! It maybe doesn't build muscles but it burns a lot, I'm proud of you too <3 <3
