Hi guys,
so I started the Abc diet yesterday, I decided to add 100 calories each day because I need to be successful on this one and I don't wanna risk to give up because is too strict! If anybody wants to join me, you are welcome! I would love to have somebody doing this with me!
I need rules, so here are mine:
- at least 200 jumping jacks EVERYDAY
- at least 50 sit ups EVERYDAY
- Proper workout at least 2 TIMES IN A WEEK
- 2 liters of water EVERYDAY
- at least 1 cup of green tea EVERYDAY
- NO CHOCOLATE (maybe..)
- 40 minutes walk every sunday and saturday
I'm a tattoo apprentice and a babysitter, I work 7 hours everyday (no weekends) with no break running after a little human in all directions, so my life style is quite active. That's why I decided to add 100 calories and why my workout is an easy going one, fell free to modify my plan to suit you better
so this is my plan:

I hope to be able to do it well and lose as much as possible!
I'll post every morning what I eat and what I did the day before, once a week my weight and my measurements (stomach, thigh and arm) .

I forgot to write my starter measurements, so:
- Stomach: 111 cm
- thigh: 66 cm
- arm: 34 cm
