i know we all eat a bunch of produce but im wondering what you have the most of that isn't produce? 

i think my top 5 would be these:

- chia seeds

- soy milk

- bean pastas

- olive oil

- oatmeal

Yoghurt!

 

I actually eat (what I consider to be) a reasonably varied diet, but the only things I can guarantee will be in the fridge at any given point in time are oranges and yoghurt.

Haha, I also eat cinnamon with almost every meal; as long as it's Ceylon cinnamon you won't get sick :)

I literally go through 50 grams every week :P

that's a difficult question for a vegetarian who's too impatient to cook eggs... i guess:

-fat free activia

-soy chunks

~~~~~~~(i'm literally sitting here for the 10th minute trying to think of something)

-cinammon, i literally put it on everything i eat that's sweet

-i used to eat a lot of reduced fat cheese

-leftovers. yesh.

almond or soy milk, any nut milks really
chai tea and coffee 
stevia
peanut butter (but lately i've been grinding my own nuts for cost effectiveness)

i eat those pretty much every day. i use a lot of nut milkts because i rely on coffee/tea and with a bit of "milk" it to me is a satisfying meal. also making banana "ice cream" with bananas and soy or almond milk, almost daily.

infrequently, i have chia seed pudding, tofu... trying to think of something else i eat that isn't a fruit/vege. ??? shirataki noodles when i can find them, but maybe 1 time a week. nutritional yeast! seaweed?

Almond milk (30 cals/cup)

 

Dr. McDougall's Instant Vegan Soup (so. damn. good. Always between 100 and 300 calories, even if you have up to 2 servings that come in the cup). Highly recommend!

 

Oatmeal (Nature's Path...a bit higher calorie but better than that Quaker's shit. Just look it up...there have been several instances of people opening packets of their instant oatmeal to find meal worms and moths)

 

Rice cakes :')

 

Trader Joe's Wasabi Seaweed snacks
