I've never tried vegan marshmallows! I could totally use these at all the bonfires I go to! Do you have the nutritional value? Thanks!

I can't trust myself with a lot of foods... so, aside from produce, probably

-Rice. A box of ready-made rice is like 420-570 calories, which is good for lunch

-Quinoa

-Salad

-Oatmeal. I like Kashi Apple Cinnamon, but I found a better recipe today: http://www.foodiefia...-calorie-vegan/ (130 calories for two cups!!!)

-Gum. Oh my god. I chew. SO. MUCH. GUM.

yeah the brand is called dandy's and they're a little more dense than regular marshmallows and have a bit of a different taste, but they're great anyway. here's an amazon link with nutrition info and all that http://www.amazon.co...GWS4QP8EQY5VYTB (it shows the nutrition info on the bag. there's like 10 servings and 90 cal per serving

Soymilk - a litre and a half every day in my tea.

Nuts - mostly cashews, sometimes peanuts, almonds or others.

Bhuja - the greatest snackfood ever invented and a testament to a culture where vegetarianism is the norm.

Chips - because... Chips.

And various grain based foods. Oats. Rice crackers. Bread (usually khubz/pita or matzah)

- Crispbread

- Oatmeal

- Beetroot salad (Beetroot, pickles, mayonnaise, onions, spices and lots of food additives)

- Chewing gum

I had to open my food diary, but I still can't figure out five things that aren't fruit or veggies. Maybe yogurt, but I don't eat that very often.

Is the foodie fiasco recipe good? I love oatmeal but I don't want to buy coconut flour and wheat bran if the final product isn't the best

28. uk. veg*n.

Basically, once there was this badger and he told me the secret to weight loss was believing in the smell of your own farts. Every day since then I've taken a big whiff, and whaddya know? It works. So there you have it kids. Farting works.

just a warning on her recipes: the calorie count is off because she counts calories differently than most. so just watch out for that!
