What's the most weight you have lost in one week? And how did you do it?

 

I'm planning on losing at least 5kg this week by eating 100 calories a day and drinking heaps of water. I'll also go for an hour walk (if I have energy).

Fasting, went from 9st 12 to 8st 10, and after eating normally afterwards, resulted in maintaining a weight of 9st 3

12 pounds. Ate 300-500 calories a day and exercised for real four hours every day, then spent the rest of the day constantly moving and chewing gum.

I think I lost 8 pounds in a week before (from 93 to 85). I don't know how much was water weight, but luckily it's never really more than about 2 pounds with me. i weigh myself in the mornings, i used to sooooo many times a day and i might do that again soon to trigger myself but idk. I'd work out a couple hours a day at the gym and made sure i burned all the calories i ate or really close to that if not more doing cardio. so if i burned 300 calories i couldn't dare to have 500 without going on an hour or longer speed walk too. everyone complimented me sooo much at 85lbs and said how perfect my body was. i was actually happy with it till i started gaining again. so that's also why 85 pounds is my goal weight.

the most i lost was 4kg in a week eating 200-300 calories a day with tons of diet pills. legit i never did excercise because honestly i hate it. Some days i binged and purged+ used laxatives but i still lost the weight an only about 0.5-1kg was water weight because i used a fat percentage scale. Honestly just not eating the calories is better than exercising because exercising doesn't burn that many calories anyways unless it's intense and its really not worth doing 4+ hours or crazy amounts because your muscles get depleted with cardio and you'll end up burning less calories in the end anyways. Also how many calories you burn depends on your weight and basal metabolic rate which can be affected by your genetics and things like if you've ruined your metabolism with diet in the past before... so excercise isn't always the best way to lose weight unless you are "healthy" dieting for real.

I lost 4 kg in a week, I think 1 kg of it was water weight or food weight, I did it by eating 600-800 cals a day and exercizing 4 times a week. But it was my first week of restricting after 3 weeks of daily binges, that's probably why I lost so much, now I lose about 1kg a week

I went down from 56,1 to 53,7 kg this week, so that's 2,4 kg- new record. I guess I'm just a slow weight loser or something;p

I managed 8 and a half lbs in a week. Highly restricted diet and a load of water!!! No diet pills.

Once I lost 15.4 lbs in a week. I tried the abc diet for 5 days then went on a water fast

That's an interesting way to think of exercise. I never thought of it like that :-)

I lost 5 pounds this week by eating 1200+ calories (after a few hard binge days) Now that initial weight is off I plan to cut back to 800 calories and get on my elliptical and burn 400 everyday this week and see how that goes.

I was eating tofu, veggies, and nuts. The coconut oil should work nicely :-)
