Lunch: 3 cups of diced watermelon (138)

Dinner: -

Snack: -

 

= 240

 

Exercise: 1h walk + heavy lifting (errands)

Do you think If I stuck to 800 kcal a day I would still lose weight it's just that I live with my parents so it is kind of hard to majorly restrict

Do you think If I stuck to 800 kcal a day I would still lose weight it's just that I live with my parents so it is kind of hard to majorly restrict

 

of course!

try to eat mostly around your parents so they wont suspect

u should vary your intake and stick to healthy food choices.

i also recommend some exercise. good luck! :)

rewards !

a great way to stay motivated is setting yourself small goal weights along the way and rewarding yourself when achieving them.

 

now im gonna state the obvious, but DO NOT reward yourself with food, you are not a dog.

 

try to not even consider food as a prize or a treat.

you already know what it tastes like and it will last for just as long as a bite.

 

anyway, as you know, ive reached my first set goal. 

i wrote next to the goal ill go to pamper myself with pedicure.

but its only been a week since i started to update here so im postponing the treat. 

today i got myself some nice stuff anyway! some art books, fashion magazines, a cute bag and a lovely mug for my nightly tea. 

also got my folks a little espresso set. so tiny and pretty.

you're doing so well so far, you defo deserved all that stuff you bought yourself (: I also love Alli's thread and journey too, she's so inspiring!!

 

what you said about monos, I'm actually doing a chocolate mono today as a kind of punishment cause i binged like shit on the stuff yesterday.. so it's like i don't want to eat it cause it makes me feel sick to look at but it's the only thing i'm allowing myself! I reckon a fruit mono would work well as it is healthy food you're eating (and i'd kill for literally anything remotely healthy rn).

i love your thread. you are such an inspiration and you motivate me to keep going on my weight loss journey. yesterday i wanted to binge because i'd already gone 200 cals over my allowed intake but then i thought of what you said about thinking that you could eat whatever just because you have already messed up the day and i didn't binge and the next day i saw that i lost 2 lbs so thanks :) also Congrats on your success so far! you're doing so well,keep going!:)

Weight update: im down to 50.2 kg !!!  :D

 

thats another 1.3 kg loss ! (- 2.8 lbs)

Breakfast: coffee (10) + tomato (16) + egg white (17) = 43

Lunch: -

Dinner: egg white (17) + cucumber (10) + 2 teaspoons of low fat cream cheese (15) = 42 

Snack: coffee X 2 (20) + frozen grapes (57) + diet juice (5) = 72

 

= 167

 

Exercise: 1.25h walk, a little running around and a little lifting stuff*

 

today im working with pups again

ill bring some broth, veggies and egg white to the office and hopefully he will be too busy to mind.

mehh.. i couldnt do it. i felt like i cant just sit and eat so i acted like im super busy and kept telling him to wait for me..

until he finished his lunch and brought me some left overs. now i want to throw them away. yep. thrown them..

he suspects a little, and so does my mom. she asked me this morning if everything is ok because i look tired all the time,

so i said that im upset about the war and she accepted it.

 

today my limit will be 300cals.

i feel strong like i could manage >100 but i dont want to risk fainting at work.

* turns out i had to work another shift tonight. im exhausted but i dont feel like i can actually fall asleep..

resisted many junkfood today. it didnt appeal to me at all, like it wasnt even eatable.

average calorie amount per day: 724

 

first week total loss: 2.8 kg (6.2lbs)

 

 

see guys? we dont have to fast.

personally, when i fast, i feel deprived from life.

im so exhosted i can mostly manage resting all day.

also, i binged and yet lost weight.

im not encouraging binge eating

but i want to show that its not the end of the world

if you just stop, return to loving yourself and taking care of your body.

and then get back on track.

for me this is a start of a change in how i see food.

i will not binge anymore, the "binge free" date in my first post will stay 18.7.14, when i got back on track.

My chocolate mono went well yesterday, in the evening like omg my cravings were so bad for literally any other food but I made it through!

Just wondering, have you set like a 'safe weight' for yourself? Like a weight you will not go under no matter how much you want to cause you know it'd be too unhealthy otherwise?

good for you! cravings always pass if you ignore them for a while

i do have a safe weight, 40kg will be my limit (thats a 15.62 bmi)

it just sounds to me like less than 40 is a child's weight.. doesnt sound healthy.(no offense anyone)

and now its written here as a proof in case i want to change my mind later... :P
