I might be completely wrong but I thought they made women retain water? I could be getting my amino acids completely mixed up though!

I took loads of those when I was 16 and ended up coughing chalk all over myself.

I take it everyday, twice a day. However, I take it in the liquid form because it works faster and and can be found in higher doses. I have never experienced any problems with water retaining or any other systems. I have found only benefits in taking it, and I know it has increased my metabolism and made me lose weight faster. It also wont cause heart problems as a lot of diet pills can.
