I mean food you really don't like and never eat, but might be good for you.

 

My top 3:

  1. Mangoes (yeah, I know, nobody understands me. Simply the smell of mangoes makes me sick)
  2. Eggplant (Feels like snails..)
  3. Anything non vegan

Yogurts and protein bars and shit of that nature thats marketed as healthy but LOADED with sugar.. also anything with low fat in the name because that's just hella processed lol

I do like them too (raw and cooked), but they have to have enough taste. Sometimes they taste like nothing.

eggplant, beetroot, butternut squash/pumpkins, carrots if cooked, asparagus, artichokes, kimchi/sauerkraut, olives.

 

the taste of these things makes me want to vomit.

jkjk most of them are great, with the exception of:

 

*(raw) tomatoes; slimy, strange and unpleasant taste

*bananas; so many calories with such an unsatisfying aftertaste

*avocados; SO many calories, tastes like a stick of butter

*peanut butter; not worth the calories, oily

*grapes; weird texture, on the high side of calories

*rice cakes; they're 91 on the GI scale[pure glucose is at 100], unpleasant taste

 

(i realised that most of these talk about calories. note that when i say i won't eat a 110kcal banana or whatnot, i don't mean that you're wrong if you like them. a safefood of mine is brown rice(180kcals) so this isn't exactly based in logic)

almond milk (i like almonds and i like cashew milk, but not almond milk)

uhhhhh vegan protein powder (why so gritty...)

dates (tastes like raisins, but more expensive + more sugar + tastes stale)

Vegan protein powder. They taste nasty as hell.
Bottled smoothies/juices
Avocado. I’ll eat it every once a while, but only if it’s in something. The texture is horrid.
Cashews. Gross texture.
Kiwis. Make me sick for some reason.
Soy milk. Makes me hella sick (all other soy is fine???)

I have a love/hate relationship with bananas. Ones with brown spots? Those are good I love those. Greenish ones? Fuck that shit it tastes absolutely disgusting and that's all my fam buys and it's just like *gags*
